Food intolerances are a rising issue, as more and more people are becoming sensitive to certain foods. These include intolerances to lactose, gluten, histamine, alcohol or sugar substitutes such as sucrose.
These special dietary requirements pose considerable challenges for hotels and restaurants, especially if they offer a varied buffet or menu.
Please inform us of any intolerances at least 3 working days before arrival.

We offer a limited selection of gluten-free dishes in all restaurants. As these dishes are prepared separately, there may be waiting times.

CELIAC DISEASE
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer special dishes for celiac disease.
In kitchens where many different ingredients are processed, there is a risk of cross-contamination.
VEGETARIAN
You will always find a vegetarian alternative in our buffet restaurants.
VEGAN
We are able to offer vegan options at breakfast.
However, this is unfortunately not possible for dinner and afternoon meals.
