We are always committed to providing you with perfect service, the highest quality, and optimal hygiene standards in our wellness world. To ensure this, we ask that you observe and follow a few important guidelines and rules—in accordance with legal requirements—for your own benefit and that of your fellow guests.

The Bathing Rules are intended to ensure the safety, order, and cleanliness of the PURA SPA Wellness World and its facilities, and are binding for all guests. By entering the wellness area, each guest acknowledges the provisions of the rules and regulations, as well as all instructions issued to maintain safety, including video surveillance conducted for safety purposes in certain areas of the wellness area.

Guests who violate the rules or refuse to comply with the instructions of staff members and supervisors may be asked to leave the facility without entitlement to a refund.

I. Hours of Operation, Admission Policies
 

1. The wellness area is open to hotel guests during the hours posted on notices or announced by the supervisory staff. Subject to change.
   Use of the facilities is not permitted outside of opening hours.
2. In particular, attempting to enter the wellness area via the outdoor pools outside of operating hours is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the premises and/or legal action.
3. Use of the facility is reserved exclusively for hotel guests (with a valid KeyCard).
4. Guests who do not have access authorization are required to pay the daily fee of €150 immediately at the front desk.
5. Children under the age of 7 may only enter the PURA SPA wellness area when accompanied by an authorized adult at least 16 years of age.
6. Access to the sauna area (nude area) is permitted for guests 16 years of age and older.

II. Condition and Operation of the Facility
 

1. The facilities are installed, operated, and maintained by the ADAPURA Hotel in accordance with regulations. In particular, hygiene and safety regulations are observed at all times.
2. As soon as ADAPURA Hotel becomes aware of a malfunction, defect, or damage to a facility that no longer ensures safe operation, use of the affected facility is immediately prohibited or restricted. This does not give rise to a claim for a full or partial refund. The same applies to maintenance work necessary for the proper operation of the facilities, provided that guests have been informed in advance and/or an equivalent alternative is available.
    

III. Duty of Supervision, Instructions from Staff
 

1. Guests are required to follow the instructions of the staff. This applies even if a guest believes that the instruction given to them is unjustified.

IV. Hygiene Regulations, Bath Towels
 

1. Guests are required to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the entire wellness area.
2. Bath towels are available for free at various locations throughout the facility. For the sake of the environment and to ensure availability for all guests, we ask that our guests take no more than 2 towels per person.
3. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the barefoot area.
4. You must shower before entering any of the pools.
5. The use of soap, shampoo, etc., is prohibited in the swimming pools and water attractions.
6. Please follow the instructions regarding the nude and clothed areas out of consideration for fellow guests and in accordance with hygiene regulations.
7. Toddlers may use the children’s pool only if they are wearing an appropriate swim diaper or swim trunks.
8. Guests are responsible for refraining from using the wellness area if they are already feeling unwell. Swimming is prohibited for those with heart or circulatory conditions, communicable diseases, or tuberculosis.

V. Noise Disturbances, Restrictions on Use
 

1. All guests are asked to be considerate of other guests at all times.
2. Noise disturbances in the sauna and relaxation areas must be avoided to ensure rest and relaxation for all guests.
3. Using a phone is prohibited in the sauna and relaxation areas, as is the loud use of tablets, cell phones, or similar devices.
4. Due to the usual and unavoidable risk of slipping, running is prohibited in all areas of the facility. Wearing bath shoes is strongly recommended. ADAPURA is not liable for any damage or accidents resulting from failure to comply with these rules.
5. Smoking is not permitted in the wellness area.
6. Photographing or filming other guests and/or staff without their consent is not permitted.
7. All facilities and equipment may only be used for their intended purposes.
8. Air mattresses or inflatable swim toys are not permitted.
9. Various ball games or similar activities are not permitted.

VI. Loss of Personal Belongings
 

1. Please keep all valuables in the safes provided in your rooms. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables.
2. Please turn in any found items to the wellness team.

VII. Reporting Requirements, Accidents, Liability
 

1. In the event of accidents or complaints, please contact the pool staff immediately.
2. The hotel is not liable for damages resulting from failure to comply with the pool rules, any other applicable rules of use, or failure to follow the instructions of the supervisory staff; nor is it liable for damage caused by the injured party’s own negligence or by unavoidable events or force majeure, including, in particular, the actions of third parties. Contributory negligence results in a corresponding apportionment of damages. The same applies mutatis mutandis to any special rules of use posted near the respective equipment and facilities (e.g., for slides, saunas, etc.) as well as to any prohibitions or restrictions on use.
