So that we may answer many of your possible questions in advance, here you can find all the most important information about your feel-good stay at the ADAPURA Hotel.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m.
The legally required local tax of € 2,30 per person, per night will be added to the room price.
The lavish breakfast buffet, which you can enjoy every day between 7 and 10 a.m., is included in the room price. Breakfast costs € 25 for an adult and € 12.50 for children aged 4 to 13.

ANIMALS (Dog Rules)
- Max. 1 dog per room (No listed dogs)
- EUR 35,00 per day without food
- Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the entire hotel.
- Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant/on the terrace, nor the PURA Alm or the spa area.
- Dogs may only be left on their own in the room during mealtimes.
- When dogs are left on their own in the room, there will be no room cleaning.
- Dogs have to sleep and sit in their dog basket (not in the bed or on other furniture).
- The dog owner is held liably for any damages caused by the dog.
- In case of gross contamination we reserve the right to charge EUR 100,00 per room for the final cleaning.
INDOOR CAR PARK
One parking space in the underground garage is included per booked room from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. For a longer use we charge € 3 per hour. Reservations for other cars subject to availability and for a fee. (€ 25 per day)
The prices on our website constitute neither a price quotation nor a contract, but form a basis on which to request a quote. All our price quotations, in particular those sent by e-mail or post, are non-binding and subject to alteration.

Please bear in mind that due to the Austrian non-smoking law our entire hotel restaurant as well as all our hotel rooms are smoke-free zones. For smokers we have provided specially designated smoking areas. We kindly ask for your understanding that a special cleaning-fee of € 250 will be charged, if there will be smoked in the hotel-room!

Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to cancellations or early departure. For cancellations within 90 days before arrival 40 % of the booked turnover will be charged, within 30 days before arrival 70 % and within 7 days before arrival 90 %. At No Show 100 % of the booked turnover will be charged.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY (AGBH)
ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&CS)
In addition to the T&CS referred to above, the following shall apply for bookings made online:
The accommodation contract only comes into force when the accommodation provider has accepted the booking (Article 3 AGBH 2006). For online bookings, that acceptance occurs only when we have charged the advance payment to your credit card. Only when the advance payment has been successfully completed does the booking become binding on both sides. Until that time, the booking can be cancelled by either side free of charge and with no reason given. For the advance payment, we will charge your Visa card or Eurocard/Mastercard with the amount/percentage shown in the booking conditions. Advance payments can only be made by Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard. The booking is only confirmed once the advance payment has been completed. By giving us your account or credit card details, you are allowing us to charge to your credit card any fees which may be incurred such as advance payments or cancellation charges, where applicable (in accordance with our cancellation terms).
We explicitly point out that, for online bookings or accommodation contracts completed by distance selling, there is no right of cancellation within 14 days of completion of the contract and that our cancellation terms (as stated above on this page) are explicitly accepted. Our cancellation terms replace the right of cancellation under the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.
For technical reasons, it is possible that a room can be booked online when in fact you will be required to move to a different room in the same category during your stay. We would, of course, inform you of this immediately and agree it with you.

If more guests arrive than was stated on the booking confirmation, or the age of the children was stated incorrectly, the room price (plus any applicable local tax) will be modified by us according to our price list. We also reserve the right, where necessary, to alter the room category (upgrade or downgrade, with corresponding price change) in such a case.
However, if this is not possible because of the booking situation, the booking is regarded as cancelled and – in accordance with our cancellation terms – cancellation fees amounting to 90% of the total package price will be due. Please therefore check the details in your booking confirmation carefully.
