Your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure, your room will be available until 10:00 am.
The statutory local tax of €2.30 per person per day will be added to your room rate.
One parking space in the underground garage is included per booked room, from 15:00 on the day of arrival and 10:00 on the day of departure. For longer use we charge EUR 3.00 per hour. Reservations for additional cars subject to availability and for a fee. (EUR 25.00 per day)

Please note that variations in furnishings, size and orientation are possible. Photos, images, tours and sketches are examples and may differ for individual rooms.
Please note that due to the Austrian non-smoking law, our entire hotel restaurant as well as all our hotel rooms are smoke-free zones. We offer specially designated, attractive smoking areas for smokers. We ask for your understanding that we charge a special cleaning fee of € 250,-- if you smoke in your room!

Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. Cancellations and early departures are subject to the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival will be charged 40% of the booked turnover, within 30 days prior to arrival 70% and within 7 days prior to arrival 90%. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booked turnover will be charged.
In addition to the above GTCs, the following provisions shall be deemed agreed for online bookings:
The accommodation contract is only concluded upon acceptance of the booking by the accommodation provider (§ 3 AGBH 2006). In the case of online bookings, this acceptance takes place exclusively through a credit card debit of the deposit on our part. The booking only becomes binding on both parties once the deposit has been successfully debited. Up to this point, the booking can be canceled by either party free of charge and without giving reasons. We will debit your Visa Card or Eurocard/Mastercard with the amount/percentage stated in the booking conditions for the down payment. A deposit can only be paid by Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard. Fixed reservation only after down payment has been made. By providing your account or credit card details, you authorize us to charge your credit card for all fees incurred, such as down payments and any cancellation fees (in accordance with our cancellation conditions).
We expressly point out that in the case of online bookings or accommodation contracts concluded by means of distance selling, there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion of the contract and that our cancellation conditions (further up on this page) are expressly agreed. Our cancellation conditions replace the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.
Due to the system, it is possible that a room can be booked online even if it is necessary to move to another room of the same category during the stay. We would of course inform you immediately and clarify this with you.

If more people arrive than stated on the booking confirmation, or if the age of the children has been incorrectly stated, the room price (plus any local tax) will be adjusted by us in accordance with our price list. We also reserve the right to adjust the room category (upgrade or downgrade with price adjustment) if necessary.
However, if this is not possible due to the booking situation, the booking will be considered canceled and a cancellation fee of 90% of the total package price will be charged in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
