Bathing regulations
Dear guests!
We always strive to offer you perfect service, the highest quality and optimum hygiene standards in our wellness world. In order to guarantee this, we ask you to observe and follow some important instructions and rules within the framework of the legal regulations, in your own interest and that of your fellow guests.
The bathing regulations serve to ensure the safety, order and cleanliness of the PURA SPA Wellness World and its facilities and are binding for all guests. By entering the wellness world, every guest acknowledges the provisions of the bathing regulations and all instructions issued to maintain safety, including the video surveillance carried out for security purposes in some areas of the wellness world.
Guests who violate the bathing regulations or disobey the instructions of staff and supervisors may be expelled from the facility without entitlement to a refund.
We thank you for your attention and wish you relaxing hours in our PURA SPA Wellness World.
I. Opening hours, access regulations
- The wellness area is open to hotel guests during the times announced on the notice board or by the supervisory staff. We reserve the right to make changes.
Use of the facility is not permitted outside of opening hours. - In particular, it is forbidden to attempt to enter the wellness area via the outdoor pools outside operating hours. Non-compliance will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and/or will be reported to the police.
- Use of the facility is reserved exclusively for hotel guests (with a valid KeyCard).
- Guests who do not have access authorization are required to pay the daily fee of € 150,- immediately at the reception.
- Children under the age of 7 may only enter the PURA SPA wellness world if accompanied by an authorized guardian who is at least 16 years of age.
- Access to the sauna world (nude area) is permitted from the age of 16.
II Condition and operation of the facility
- The facilities are set up, operated and maintained by the ADAPURA Hotel in accordance with regulations. In particular, the hygiene and safety regulations are observed at all times.
- As soon as APADPURA Hotel becomes aware of a fault, defect or damage to a facility that no longer guarantees safe operation, the use of the faulty facility is immediately prohibited or restricted. This shall not give rise to a claim for full or partial reimbursement. The same applies to maintenance work that is necessary for the proper operation of the facilities, provided that the guests have been informed in advance and/or an equivalent alternative exists.
III. supervisory duties, instructions of the staff
- Guests are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff. This also applies if a guest should be of the opinion that the instruction given to them is not justified.
IV. Hygiene regulations, bath towels
- Guests are obliged to maintain the utmost cleanliness in the entire wellness area.
- Bath towels are available for free use at various points in the facility. In the interests of the environment and to ensure availability for all guests, we ask our guests to take a maximum of 2 towels per person.
- The barefoot area may not be entered with street shoes; the overshoes provided must be used.
- Shower before entering the pools.
- The use of soap, shampoos etc. is prohibited in the swimming pools and water attractions.
- Please follow the instructions for the nude and textile zones out of consideration for other guests and hygiene regulations.
- Small children may only use the children's pool with suitable swim diapers or swimming trunks.
- Guests are responsible for not using the wellness world if they already feel unwell. Bathing is prohibited in the event of cardiovascular insufficiency, communicable diseases or tuberculosis.
V. Noise pollution, restrictions on use
- All guests are requested to show consideration for other guests at all times.
- Noise nuisance in the sauna and quiet zones must be avoided so that rest and relaxation can be guaranteed for all guests.
- Telephoning is prohibited in the sauna and quiet zones, as is the loud use of tablets, cell phones, etc.
- Due to the usual and unavoidable risk of slipping, walking is prohibited in all areas of the facility. The wearing of bathing shoes is strongly recommended. ADAPURA is not liable for damage and accidents caused by disregarding these rules.
- Smoking is not permitted in the Wellness World.
- Photographing and filming other bathers and/or staff without their consent is not permitted.
- All facilities and equipment may only be used in accordance with their intended purpose (e.g. children's pool, slides, non-swimmers' area).
VI Loss of objects
- We ask you to store all valuables in the safes provided in your rooms. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables.
- Please hand in any found items to the wellness team.
VII Obligation to report, accidents, liability
- In the event of accidents and complaints, please contact the spa staff immediately.
- The hotel is not liable for damages caused by disregarding the bathing regulations, any other regulations for use or by disregarding the instructions of the supervisory staff, by any other fault of the injured party or by unavoidable events or force majeure, in particular also by interventions by third parties. Contributory negligence leads to a corresponding apportionment of damages. The same applies mutatis mutandis to any special rules of use posted at the respective equipment and facilities (e.g. for slides, saunas, etc.) as well as to any prohibitions or restrictions on use.
