Tasks
- Designing, preparing, setting up and supervising our buffets (breakfast, lunch, dinner for our 4 themed restaurants)
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines in the kitchen
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Independent, enthusiastic, team player
- Organizational talent
- Experience in buffet production
- Very good knowledge of German and English
The gross monthly salary is around € 1.650,-- (40h) according to the KV. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Guest care and advice at the reception desk
- Insight into various departments of the hotel such as reception, reservations, housekeeping, kitchen and restaurant area
Profile
- Positive completion of compulsory schooling
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- A sense of duty and reliability
- Cordiality and hospitality
Apprentice remuneration according to the KV.
